New Publication in Nature Health “Impact of daylight saving time on physical activity patterns”
Huge congratulations to co-first authors Hayoung Jeong and Srikar Katta, along with an amazing team of co-authors – Will Wang, Alexander Volfovsky, and Jessilyn Dunn – on their latest publication in Nature Health – “Impact of daylight saving time on physical activity patterns”!
Their study finds that daylight saving time doesn’t change overall physical activity levels, but instead shifts when people are active throughout the day, with impacts varying across different groups.
This achievement reflects not only their dedication and innovation, but also the strength of our research community. We’re incredibly proud to see their work gaining global recognition and making meaningful contributions to the future of health research.
